Mr. Finch has been in the process of rebuilding his life and career as an Arranger/Producer for many years now, and over time and through the financial support of his family and friends, an entire new catalog of music now exists which he has either written, co-written or produced/arranged with an array of artists he and his team have discovered and worked with over the past three years.
Five nominations on the 2010 Grammy Award First Round ballot for an album produced by Mr. Finch is tangible validation that his creative vision remains intact.
With numerous Spring production bookings, an impending tour for a Cleveland, OH band and several nationwide charitable affiliation projects underway, all was in line to be Mr. Finch’s comeback year. Those revenue generating possibilities are now gone, and a catastrophic economic hardship has taken their place.

On March 26, 2010, Mr. Finch engaged criminal defense counsel to represent him with respect to the pending allegations in Licking County, Ohio.

As of this time, Mr. Finch’s attorneys are in the early stages of their investigation.
