![]() Young TK Records prodigy Richard Finch was 17 or 18 when this picture was taken in 1972. He'd already logged LOTS of studio engineering and recording hours at TK before this photo was even snapped. Rick also played bass in a country/western band prior to forming 'KC and the Sunshine Band' with warehouse worker, H.W. Casey. Casey stated in copy from a 'KC and the Sunshine Band' tour program: "Rick is an electronics genius. To be his age and to know what he knows and to do what he's done is amazing and unique." Casey also goes on to say in a TK Records press kit from March 27, 1976 that, "Rick was accepted in the studio faster than I was." Isn't it nice to read positive, truthful press for a change? |
